Mental Health Practitioner
Luke Smallcomb, MA
Luke is a Trauma-Informed, Abuse-Informed Mental Health Practitioner. He has his MA in Clinical Counseling, and has found great fulfillment working with clients for over a decade as he has been on his own journey of trauma recovery. Having seen the effectiveness of an integrated “top-down” (mind) and “bottom-up” (body) approach, Luke mindfully blends nervous system regulation, EMDR, attachment science, parts work, somatic work + applied neuroscience to help cultivate an environment where healing unfolds.
Mind-Body Practitioner
Lauren Smallcomb
Lauren is a Certified Mind-Body Practitioner + Medical Consultant. She pulls from 15 years of experience as an RN, Nutritional Therapist and brain-retrainer, to help people rewire out of dysregulation and chronic illness, into joy, connection + whole-body health. She finds so much meaning as she supports people suffering from the effects of chronic stress and trauma, as they rediscover hope and abundance outside the confines of constant symptoms.
